Phivos (Greek: Φοίβος) may mean:
  • a surname or an epithet of the Greek god Apollo (Απόλλων) meaning "bright", "shining" (Apollo was the God of the Sun and Light). The name has common roots with the word "φάος > φως" (phos), meaning "the light". It is a relatively common personal name in Greece and Cyprus.
  • "Phevos" and "Athena" were the official mascots of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
  • Phivos (born 1971) is a Greek composer.Further Information
